Immunity boosting foods

1. Curd. A probiotic helps in maintaing a healthy gut micribiota which directly influences our immunity. Having curd added with fresh mint will enhance immunity , add some iron and flavor in our diet.
2. Use of chutnies is quite healthy and helpful in maintaining immunity. Especially including fresh herbs, lemon ginger garlic in it is an advantage.
3. Consumption of colored fruits also helps in immunity boosting.
4.use of green leafy vegetables maintains healthy gut microbiota as well as relieves constipation.
What ever we consume we have to wash food with clean warm water.
